Nine Three Tandem

The Nine-Three with a green feather tied flat is always a great producer of Salmon.  Stained or clear water it imitates a smelt very well.  The flat feather adds a little dimension underwater giving it more profile against a bright sky. The nine three is diificult to tie in the original design.
