Another sample of a seventies fly most likely.  Has the flourescent red head. The twisred nylon ribbing (very special). A good way to identify any streamers tied by Ora is to study the angle of the rib wrapping.  Ora is the only tyer I have ever seen that wrapped the ribbing (in fact all materials he wrapped) so it looked like it was done by a left hand on the vice.  All other tyers have their material slanted in the opposite direction..
