Brian's Ghost Tandem

This pattern was developed in the 1980's by Ora Smith from feedback he got from Brian Houghtion on the featherwing color.  This streamer is as effective today as it was 40 years ago and Brian proved that in 2022 with multiple LLS in the 5lb class.
